Best Bakeries in Bristol

Visit Bristol knows Bristol as you can imagine. It’s their job to know the best places to visit as Bristol inhabitants as well as if you’re a Bristol visitor.

So we are made up to be on their list of Bristol’s Best Bakeries!

Bristol is a marvellous and remarkable place for eateries – the food scene really is pretty unique, which huge choice for eaters amongst many many independent cafes, bars, delis, bakeries and restaurants. The more we visit other cities, the more we realise this.  Yes there are some chains here, but actually not very many.  It’s such a delight if you’re into your food.

One of our absolute favourites of all time, Ahh Toots is of course on the list as they truly are awesome, specialising in incredible beautiful, breath taking cakes. Other favourites that have made the list are Hart’s Bakery, Pinkmans, Farro, Mark’s Bread, East Bristol – have a look at the list.

Have you visited Papadeli?

For those of you who know the deli, you’ll know that in addition to having a fabulous range of cakes and sweet treats, all made in our upstairs bakery, we also have a superb range of meals, pasties and snacks for takeaway, made by our chefs about the deli in our catering kitchen.

Any deli must also have a cheese counter, of course, as well as a great range of wine, condiments, artisan chocolates, spreads, oils, vinegars etc.

You really need to see it.

We’e been here nearly 21 years now and still get excited about food.

Thank you to Visit Bristol for your support in including us in the list – we’re really grateful.
