Persian Nowruz Feast (pescatarian) cookery class

March 19th 6-9pm

The March 20th class sold out quickly and has a waiting list, so we have put on this extra class.

All the Persian food I’ve tasted by Alexis, our chef, is simply the best I’ve tasted.  She is passionate about this type of food and does it beautifully. This sort of food has been made popular by Ottolenghi and we all love it, don’t we! This class will show you how to make some wonderful dishes that you can replicate at home and wow your friends and family 🙂

What you will make (can change according to market availability)

Naan Barbari- Persian flatbread

Smoked aubergine salad

Dolmeh- barberry, dill & pine nut stuffed vine leaves

Persian Tamarind stuffed fish

Sabzi Polow- Persian herb rice

Persian Love cake
