Ottolenghi could be the reason why Middle Eastern inspired food is so incredibly popular. The fragrant, exotic scents and flavours, the variety of vegetables, spices, herbs used. Alexis, our cookery School chef is an absolute expert in this type of food and her Middle Eastern classes are, alongside her Italian classes, the first to sell out.
