You are welcome to send someone else instead. We’re sorry but we don’t offer refunds on any cancellations.
More than 28 days’ notice: we can move you to another class that is more convenient.
Between 14-28 days’ notice: we will happily move you to another class, but we will charge a £30 admin fee as we may potentially not be able to fill the space.
Under 14: days’ notice: we will try to find someone to replace you. If we can, we will transfer you to another class and charge £30 admin fee. If not, we’re sorry but we cannot offer a refund or transfer.
As a very small business, we put a lot of work into organising and planning the classes and ordering ingredients and we lose money when someone cancels at short notice. We hope you can understand this. Think of it like going to the theatre – if you needed to cancel, you wouldn’t be offered another ticket or a refund. We do hope that you can understand this.
We reserve the right to make alterations to class times, dates and content, but will do all we can to let course participants know. If we cancel a class, we will of course refund you or offer to book you onto another class.
We would like to point out that we are under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to course participants or their property, whether in respect of any neglect, act or omission by the school, its agents or employees.
