When you book a cookery class online, you will receive confirmation of your purchase, followed by an email explaining where to go at what time etc.
We hope you will understand, that as a small business we cannot afford to order ingredients etc and then if someone can’t come, refund the monies. We try to be as flexible as possible. We spend a lot of time and effort marketing our classes and if someone cancels withing two weeks, we have to re-market that class, so we would ask you to be sure of your attendance when you book.
If you have to cancel your class, whatever the reason, please give us at least 14 days notice and we will refund your money.
If you have to cancel more than two days, but less than two weeks, we will be happy to transfer you to another class. There is a 25% admin charge for this.
If you have to cancel within 2 days of the class, we cannot refund your money as we will have bought or ordered the ingredients for you. You may send someone else in your place – please let us know if this is the case.
Purchase of vouchers
Vouchers can be used in our cafes, at the delicatessen or for cookery classes. If you have received a cookery class voucher and for any reason want to transfer to a more general voucher, please get in touch.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
