Springtime in Provence

The flavours of Provence have for, it seems forever, been high up on the list of foodies an the seasonal produce in Spring is second to none (and perhaps its best time of year for seriously good food). Professional chef and tutor, Alexis John shows you how to make these beautiful Provencale dishes in a practical and hands on class that will take you for an evening in Provence!
