Keralan food is famous for its fragrance and flavour. This demonstration with Kalpna Woolf will show you how to create some easy to make favourites.
Kalpna Woolf, ex BBC Head of Production, is now is visiting Professor at UWE, created Bristol’s Food Connections, is chair of Frank Water, and founder of 91 Ways, an initiative bringing together Bristol’s myriad of cultures through food events. Her last demo at Papadeli sold out pretty much straight away – so book now!
