Taking inspirations from some of the finest ingredients available in Italy, Greece and Turkey, this cookery class shows you how to make truly delicious dishes that you can make at home and impress your friends and family!
The sort of dishes you will make:
Skordalia, almond roasted beetroot and white anchovies (Greece)
Cacik (dip / appetiser from Turkey)
Red lentil cakes (Turkey)
Tursu- pickles (Turkey)
Beef dumplings with yoghurt & chilli dressing (Turkey)
Byzantine spice mix
Venetian seafood risotto
Sometimes we vary this according to seasonality / what’s available or time restraint.
What shall I bring?
Nothing – we supply all the ingredients for this cookery class, a glass of wine, apron and a box for you to carry your goodies home!
