What you’ll make:
Croquettas de jamon con aioli
Hake, white bean and chorizo
Catalan chicken with pine nuts and apricots
Coca – Catalan flatbread
Orange soaked almond cake
Sometimes we vary this according to seasonality / what’s available or time restraint.
What shall I bring?
Nothing – we supply all the ingredients, a glass of wine, apron and a box for you to carry your goodies home!
