Taking inspirations from some of the finest ingredients available in Italy, Greece and Turkey, this cookery class takes you on a journey from Venice to Istanbul and shows you how to make truly delicious dishes that you can make at home and impress your friends and family!
Teacher and professional chef, Alexis John is a whizz with food. Her relaxed and friendly style means everyone feels they can have a go creating delicious dishes. Suitable for all levels of cook, this small, hands on class will teach you many techniques to give your dishes a professional spin!
The sort of dishes you will make:
Cacik (dip / appetiser from Turkey)
Red pepper patties (Turkey)
Tursu- pickles (Turkey)
Beef dumplings with yoghurt & chilli dressing (Turkey)
Venetian seafood risotto
Sometimes we vary this according to seasonality / what’s available or time restraint.
What shall I bring?
Nothing – we supply all the ingredients for this cookery class, a glass of wine, apron and a box for you to carry your goodies home!
