Ah, Autumn in Tuscany.  Such an evocative time of year. Join us and learn how to make some of the most delicious dishes celebrating all things Tuscan.

Teacher and professional chef, Alexis John is a whizz with food. Her relaxed and friendly style means everyone feels they can have a go creating delicious dishes. Suitable for all levels of cook, this small, hands on class will teach you many techniques to give your dishes a professional spin!
