Rich Winter suppers from the Alsace 

Warm up the chilly, bleak evenings of February with a stunning class of alpine suppers and Winter warmers.  Professional chef, Alexis John shows you how to make delicious dishes from French onion soup to confit such tartiflette.  A hands on and practical class that will get you recreating dishes with ease at home.
