Great new foodie magazine, Crumbs, has interviewed wonderful Papadeli chef Stefani Smith.
Stefani, who came from Jamie Oliver’s restaurant in Watergate Bay, has been cooking up a wonder at our cafe, giving away her culinary secrets at our cookery school and adding her magic to our party catering.
Stefani’s food is inspired by all things seasonal and organic. She likes the ingredients to speak for themselves, and this is evident when you visit the Papadeli cafe. Her dishes are imaginative and simply full of seasonality and flavour.
