Homemade rosemary and garlic focaccia with wild garlic pesto & black olive & anchovy tapenade
Grilled Treviso with walnuts, gorgonzola & honey
Braised octopus with saffron potatoes, orange & fennel
Warm slow cooked pigs cheeks with Marsala, sticky grapes & capers
Grilled new season asparagus with aged parmesan
Beetroot & grappa cured salmon with horseradish & beetroot tops
Purple sprouting broccoli with anchovy butter
Charred sardines with salmoriglio
Homemade rabbit terrine with apricots, tarragon & pistachio
Cured meats from northern Italy: smoked speck & coppa with mostarda fruits
Taleggio cheese with pickled pears & rosemary honey
Pistachio meringue with blood orange, poached rhubarb & glazed zabaglione
Our supper clubs fill up quickly with regulars. We find people come back time and time again as the menu is always difference and it’s a chance to sit back and perhaps try dishes you may not have tried before. The ingredients are always the best and our chef Tom Quick creates such wonderfully tasty dishes you’ll want to come back too!
