Seasonal canapés for any type of event
We’ve been creating and tasting new canapé ideas to make sure all that we make is as original, seasonal and delicious as possible. It’s always wonderful to take our canapés to an event or wedding and hear the Oohs and Aahs that ensue. So many people we meet say that ours are the most delicious they’ve every tasted. That sounds terribly boastful, but that is truly what they say! We want everyone who eats our food to enjoy it and for it to be part of the recipe that makes the event memorable and spoken about for long after.

mini yorkshire puddings with rare roast beef and horseradish,
spinach, fennel and cumin ricotta cakes with raita,
Chew Valley trout crostini with celeriac remoulade,
marinated grilled prawn, avocado, chilli & lime in a ragout,
shredded duck pancakes with ginger, spring onion, cucumber and plum dipping sauce,
