Classes are hands on and you will learn tips and techniques from professional chefs. A number of starters, mains and puddings are created using the finest ingredients. Our cookery school is on Alma Road, Clifton, in a sunny and light top floor kitchen.  Use all those wonderful deli ingredients to produces flavoursome, imaginative dishes.

Evening classes run 6.30-9.30pm. Saturday classes run 10am-3pm

Dishes listed are an indication of  the foods that will be prepared.

A Sicilian Harvest Cookery Class October 1st


Caponata and crostini, spinach and Pecorino risotto, tagliatelle, sea bream, salsa verde, pine nut and custard tart

This is a great class to perfect your pasta making skills – it’s so simple, you’ll always want to make your own! You will leave with all the knowledge and skills necessary to recreate a superb 3 course Sicilian inspired meal with appetisers that will really impress friends and family.


Autumn in Tuscany October 8th


Roast pumpkin, ricotta and walnut crostini, truffle risotto, Winter bitter leaf salad with orange, hazelnuts, pomegranate and pecorino, chicken cacciatore, pear and almond tart, baci di dama

This class shares tips and techniques to create delicious options for a 3 course meal themed around the richness and seasonality of Autumn in Tuscany.


Spanish Winter Markets November 11th


Croquetas de jamon con aioli, pan fried hake with beans and chorizo, Catalan chicken with pine nuts and apricot, rustic Spanish bread, moist almond and orange cake


Italian Christmas Cookery Class December 2nd


Gorgonzola with baked figs and Parma ham, wild mushroom and truffle oil ravioli, pheasant with pancetta & chestnut casserole, griddled rosemary polenta, baci di dama (melt in the mouth hazelnut biscuits with a chocolate filling)

No need to bring anything, just get your hands on to delicious ingredients and enjoy learning from our professional chefs. The classes are small and very hands on.
